This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using HappyHorse's AI-powered services available at happyhorse.design (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

Prohibited Content

You must NOT use our Services to generate, create, upload, or distribute any of the following:

NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content (Strictly Prohibited)

  • Nude, semi-nude, or sexually explicit images, videos, or text of any kind
  • Content depicting sexual acts, erotic material, or pornographic material
  • Sexually suggestive content, including but not limited to undressing, suggestive poses, twerking, or provocative imagery
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any form, including animated or AI-generated depictions
  • Content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates sexual violence, exploitation, or abuse

Other Prohibited Content

  • Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties
  • Deepfake content, misleading media, or content designed to deceive or manipulate
  • Content depicting real individuals (including celebrities and public figures) in misleading, defamatory, or unauthorized contexts
  • Content that impersonates or falsely attributes statements to real individuals
  • Content for use in high-stakes domains (medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions) without proper professional review
  • Content that promotes violence, self-harm, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Content involving illegal activities, controlled substances, or weapons

Prohibited Activities

In addition to the content restrictions above, you must NOT:

  • Attempt to circumvent content moderation filters, usage limits, credit restrictions, or security measures
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Services without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services' infrastructure, servers, or networks
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services through automated means

Content Moderation

HappyHorse implements content moderation measures to prevent the generation of prohibited content. These measures include:

  • Input prompt filtering to detect and block attempts to generate prohibited content
  • Output content analysis to identify and flag inappropriate generated content
  • Ongoing monitoring and improvement of our moderation systems

We reserve the right to refuse processing any prompt or request that we reasonably believe may result in prohibited content, and to take appropriate action against accounts that violate this AUP.

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Forfeiture of unused credits without refund
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if illegal content is involved
  • Legal action where appropriate

AI Model Disclosure

HappyHorse provides a custom interface built on top of third-party AI models (including models developed by Kuaishou and others). We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI model providers. All AI-generated content is produced through our platform's interface and is subject to this AUP.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
